With over 1.1 million sq ft of outline planning consent for new business space, we will be continuing to develop the business park over the coming years with a further phase of offices due on-site in 2008. This will meet the growth plans for some of our existing occupiers as well as continuing to attract new companies. In addition, we will continue to make to improvements to the existing amenities and services whilst adding to these with the forthcoming addition of a hotel.
